Retail Location Identification:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential retail store locations for salon expansion.
Collaborate with the senior management team to develop a strategic plan for store location selection.
Site Evaluation and Selection: -
Conduct site visits and assess the suitability of potential retail spaces.
Evaluate factors such as foot traffic, demographics, and competitive landscape to determine the best locations for new salons.
Architecture Coordination:
Work closely with architectural teams to ensure the successful design and construction of salon spaces.
Communicate project requirements, budgets, and timelines to architects and other stakeholders.
Coordinate the development process, including permits, zoning regulations, and compliance with industry standards.
Project Management:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budget management for salon development.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Identify and liaise with vendors and suppliers for salon-related materials and equipment.
Negotiate contracts and secure cost-effective solutions for the development of salon spaces.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all activities related to store location selection and project management.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on the status of ongoing projects
