JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Planning:
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align cold calling campaigns with overall demand generation and sales strategies.
Target Audience: Identify and define the ideal customer profile for cold calling campaigns, including demographics, industries, and pain points.
Campaign Objectives: Set clear goals for cold calling campaigns, such as lead generation, appointment setting, or nurturing dormant leads.
Lead Generation:
Lead Identification: Oversee the process of identifying potential leads through market research, database analysis, and targeted list building.
Outbound Calls: Lead or support the team in making outbound cold calls to introduce products/services, gather information, and qualify leads. Do cold calling to generate leads and qualify them further as BANT
Client Management:
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for client issues, coordinating solutions across internal teams.
