Teaching:- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical classes in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, and related subjects.
Design and implement innovative curricula and instructional materials.- Evaluate and assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical assessments.
Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
Secure research funding through grant applications and collaborations.
- Publish research findings in reputable academic journals and present at conferences.
Collaborate with other faculty members and researchers on interdisciplinary projects.
Participate in departmental, college, and university committees and activities.- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Engage with professional organizations and the broader pharmaceutical community.
- Support the department's mission through community outreach and engagement.
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a closely related field.
Evidence of potential or established research productivity, including publications in peer-reviewed journals.- Experience in teaching at the university level is preferred, but not required.
Strong commitment to high-quality teaching and student engagement.- Proven ability to conduct independent research and secure funding.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
