Responsibilities
Assistant Professor Responsibilities:
- Candidate has to provide high quality education and guidance to students preparing for the civil service examination, Doubts Solving
- Preparing English road map for different set of students based on their capabilities
- Other reputed tasks
- Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
- To Provide feedback on student progress.
- Attending faculty and departmental meetings and providing suggestions for improvement.
- Coordinating for NAAC Activities
- Representing the university and delivering presentations when necessary.
- Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff.
Assistant Professor Requirements:
- M.A,English B.Ed.,
- M.A, English, NET/KSET in the relevant academic discipline
- Ph.D. is preferred.
- Teaching experience of 2-3 years in a reputed college.
- Published works would be advantageous.
- Rich Knowledge of the CSAT Paper & the ability to comprehend and explain concepts to students
- Teaching Aptitude
- A good record of academic events.
- Excellent research, writing, Communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and engaging with students.
- Patience, understanding, and willingness to help.
