Qualifications: Ph.D. Degree OR significant professional work that can be recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry.
First Class Masters Degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of teaching, research, or professional experience in the related field.

- Guiding and supervising students project work, dissertations, and research activities.
- Fostering students academic and professional growth.
2. Academic Leadership:
- Contributing to curriculum development, syllabi creation, and assessment methods.
- Actively participating in academic and research-related committees.

- Establishing and maintaining industry collaborations.
- Enhancing students exposure to real-world challenges and opportunities.
4. Continuous Learning:
- Keeping updated with the latest developments in Aeronautical Engineering.
- Attending conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Integrating new knowledge into teaching and research activities.
5. Student Support:
- Serving as an advisor, counselor, and mentor to students.
- Providing guidance and support to help students excel in their academic and career endeavors.
