We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Faculty member who will be responsible for teaching and guiding students through a comprehensive digital marketing curriculum with a strong focus on practical, hands-on learning. The ideal candidate will possess substantial industry connections to facilitate student internships, placements, and industry exposure, along with the capability to teach additional management subjects as required.
Requirements
- Deliver an end-to-end digital marketing curriculum covering essential topics such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, and emerging trends.
- Incorporate live projects, case studies, and real-world scenarios to ensure students gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Industry Integration:
- Leverage professional network to bring industry insights, guest speakers, and mentorship opportunities for students.
- Assist students in securing quality internships, live projects, and full-time placements in the digital marketing domain.
- Student Development:
- Guide students in developing industry-relevant skills, such as campaign creation, data analysis, and brand management.
- Provide mentorship on career pathways, resume building, and interview preparation specific to digital marketing roles. Additional Teaching Responsibilities:
- Teach additional management subjects based on departmental needs, ensuring a holistic management education experience.
- Collaborate with other faculty to enhance interdisciplinary learning within the School of Management. Continuous Improvement:
- Update curriculum and teaching methods based on the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Engage in research or professional development to remain at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a teaching or mentoring role.
- Demonstrated industry connections and ability to facilitate internships and job placements for students.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with strong knowledge of analytics, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to creating a positive learning environment. Additional Requirements:
