Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join Zeno Health. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding user/customer needs and translating them into creative product solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, conducting experiments and using data-driven insights to drive product development. Collaboration with business teams, technology teams, and other cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensure successful product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
User/Customer Insighting and Empathy:
- Conduct user research to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Apply user-centered design principles to create products that meet customer expectations and enhance their experience.
Solutioning and Fast-Paced Experimenting:
- Brainstorm and propose innovative product solutions to address user needs and business objectives.
- Develop product hypotheses and design experiments to validate assumptions quickly.
- Iterate and pivot product strategies based on experiment outcomes and user feedback.
Using Data to Draw Insights:
- Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to analyze user behavior, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
- Monitor key product metrics and use data to drive product decision-making.
- Continuously optimize product features and performance based on data-driven insights.
Wireframing:
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize product concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on wireframes to ensure alignment with user needs.
Requirement Documentation:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric product requirements with workflows.
- Prioritize product features and develop a roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and progress to stakeholders.
Collaborating with Tech Team:
- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure successful and timely implementation of product features.
- Provide clear product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Collaborating with Other Cross-Functional Teams:
- Engage with marketing, product, operations, supply chain, and training teams to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.
- Act as a product evangelist, educating stakeholders about product benefits and gathering their feedback.
Required Skill sets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the ecommerce or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, or similar).
- Proficiency in creating PRD, workflows, roadmapping and prioritisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban etc. is desirable. Should have exposure to JIRA or smilar tools.
