Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef at Zinque. The role involves assisting the Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day production of pastries, cakes, etc. The Assistant Pastry Chef will also be responsible for preparing, decorating pastries, accepting online orders and ensuring that all baked goods meet quality and safety standards and taking online orders.

Qualifications

Bakery, Baking, and Culinary Skills

Food Preparation and Cooking skills

Attention to detail and a passion for pastry and baked goods

Ability to follow recipes and measurement instructions accurately

Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience in a professional kitchen or pastry shop is a must.

• Certificate or diploma in baking or pastry arts is a must.

A willingness to learn and an eagerness to develop new skills is highly valued at Zinque Boutique Patisserie.
