Job description
- Plan, implement and monitor all outlets in-charge operational strategy
- Set goals and objectives for outlets in-charge
- Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Train and onboard new employees
- Set up and monitor store KPIs
- Ensure compliance with the companys policies and operational guidelines
- Deal with customers complains
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Management or any related fields with minimum 3 years working of experience in Managerial level in related industry.
- Good communication, staff management, planning skills and achieved target.
- Must have work experience in managing chain outlets in food & beverages sector.
- Good computer, reports and training skills.
- Willing to travel with owned transport and work beyond normal working hours.

Salary: RM2,600.00 RM6,000.00 per month
