Job Title:Assistant Operations Manager

Role Overview:The Assistant Operations Manager will support the India Operations Manager in maintaining the full function of the FCI Website and provide IT support as needed. This role includes exposure to IT, research, sales, and pricing activities within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations manager in daily organizational tasks.
  • Manage project management tool (Asana).
  • Administer CRM system (HubSpot CRM) for tracking website leads.
  • Maintain a high level of computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Photoshop, and Google Sheets.
  • Address operational and IT issues promptly.
  • Develop work processes and guidelines for employees.
  • Generate reports on company operations for management.
  • Monitor SEO, PPC, and other traffic sources.
  • Manage brand uploading process via a custom-based CRM System.
  • Liaise efficiently with the UK team and respond to their queries.
  • Support the team in product management on the website.
  • Guide new employees to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee the development of long-term goals for company growth.
  • Utilize WhatConverts for call tracking, lead management, and conversion tracking.
  • Manage WATI for WhatsApp communication and automation.
  • Develop and manage referral programs.
  • Create automated workflows in Google Sheets.
  • Edit and maintain website content using HTML.
  • Utilize Pabbly for data integration and automation.
  • Leverage HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
  • Analyze marketing data for performance insights and strategy enhancement.
  • Prepared and presented reports on SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, web development, and other departments.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable laptop or computer with the latest Windows operating system.
  • Reliable internet connection (Fiber/WiFi essential).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, referral programs, Google Sheet automation, HTML, Pabbly, HubSpot, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or related areas is a plus.
