Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Office Manager at Adayanta Semiconductors located in Pune. As an Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the office and providing administrative support to the management team. Your tasks will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records. You will also assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Assistant or in a similar position
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
