Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at OBEROI HOTELS PVT.LTD. located in Shimla. The Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to administrative support, managing calendars and schedules, organizing meetings and events, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records and databases, and providing assistance to team members.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
