Roles and Responsibilities:

• To discharge statutory duties of Assistant Manager as defined in the MMR 1961.
• Responsible to meet business KPIs of Ore Production, Mine Development, Backfilling and Mine Projects of the Assigned Mine Area/Section as per the Business Plan.
• Maintain and complied all the statutory compliances of MMR 1961, Mines Act 1952 & Rules and MCDR 1988 and adherence to safety standards ®ulations.
• Ensure adherence to safe mining practices and ensure compliances as per company Safety Standards.
• To focus on continuous improvement interventions in mining operations to enable a risk-free and safe environment for ore extraction and also ensure control on quality KPIs such as dilution control, ore break etc.

Desired Attributes

• B.E./ B tech in Mining with with 8 + years of relevant experience.
• The ideal candidate should have FCMM Certification.
