We are looking for a driven Marketing Manager/ Assistant Marketing Manager to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users.
- Brainstorm social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Plan, Proofread and execute all marketing strategies in a given budget, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Optimize content on all company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content & set a uniform language across all channels
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create compelling content for all Marketing collaterals spread across ATL/BTL
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, vendors and coordinate actions
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- The Candidate may have to work from HO or from home or from Site.
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media / Digital marketing / Marketing
- Fluency in English & Hindi is a must
- You should have a Masters/Degree in the relevant field
- You have prior experience as a Marketing Professional
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions
- Ability to connect with customers of different age groups and communities
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice, Strong attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing channels and measurement
- Experience from Hospitality / Real Estate will be preferred.
