We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing and be prepared to step into this role with minimal training. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and enhance our brand presence.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive awareness and sales of real estate properties.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.Content Creation:
Create engaging content for various platforms including websites, social media, and promotional materials.Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, designers, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and project needs.
Event Planning:
Coordinate and manage events such as property launches, open houses, and client engagement activities.Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.Experience:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on real estate marketing.Skills:
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
