Job Description: Assistant Marketing Manager
We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and driving brand awareness. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and grow our online audience across various social media platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create and manage social media content calendars to ensure regular and consistent posting across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and regularly provide reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and ensure our strategies align with industry changes.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and brand presence.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging social media content, including images, videos, and infographics.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Identify and leverage new social media platforms and tools to further enhance our online presence and reach new audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 4 years in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas.
- Strong graphic designing skills and proficiency with designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Canva, or similar platforms would be a plus.
- Experience with website maintenance, including updating content, optimizing for search engines, and ensuring site functionality.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, highly self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus.
