The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective strategies to expand our college partnerships and maximising student volunteering.
- Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Engage all internal stakeholders in shaping shared goals, strategies for the programme to maximize college student volunteering and engagement.
- Build strategies to maximize college student volunteering (10x in the next 2-3 years) and oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day functioning
- Build strong long term mutually-beneficial relationships with managements of colleges to maximise student engagement, learning and leadership development
- Build systems, processes, culture, and the team (employees and volunteers) to support efficient and effective day-to-day functioning with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth
- Strategize and help execute increased social responsibility among colleges through advocacy, recognition and events
- Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- Any Graduate, post-graduate or fellowship
- Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively
- Excellent track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based project
- Proven experience in partnership development, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the education and non-profit sector.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should be entrepreneurial, have a growth mindset, excited by challenges and open to learning
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective partnership strategies with a passion for social impact
- Excellent communication skills English, Hindi, and/or Tamil
- Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
- Problem-solving and Data driven Decision-making skills are essential
- Willingness to travel nationally and locally as required
- Any institutional leadership role held/experience would be an advantage.
