Responsibilities
Job description
- Act as the Platform team member for the day-to-day administration of the SuccessFactors system, managing approved changes, dealing with defects and issues.
- Under the guide of the Lead Platform Architect, partner with DevOps teams, Global HR Business Process Owners and HR SME community to design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration and release management meeting overall business requirements from Projects and Agile development cycles.
- Engage with the Lead Superusers to ensure issues that they cannot resolve locally, are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Manage SuccessFactors security roles approvals in line with design framework and execute any agreed changes to the security settings for roles.
- Ensure the access request process to HR IT systems is managed robustly and is compliant with IT policies.
- Manage SF inbound and outbound interface connectivity and ensure any interface errors are fixed with no impact to downstream processes.
- Support on vendor driven product changes: historic examples include SAP DC migration, SF new style homepage deployment, deployment of IAS+IPS.
Skills And Experience - Important
- Experience of supporting and operating a multi-tier multi-vendor HR IT landscape.
- Minimum experience 4 years of SF configuration and tech support.
- Experience of solving defects and issues in SuccessFactors raised by the end users and other tech support teams.
- Good understanding of how the RBP framework within SuccessFactors works and experience of managing RBPs.
- Good knowledge of Cloud release management and the administrator requirements.
- Good understanding of HR ecosystem, process and services and the employee lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking to prioritize daily assignments as well as ongoing projects.
- Good interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and cultural awareness required for working in a multi-country, multi-cultural environments.
