Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Financial Models
- Develop and maintain standalone and consolidated financial models for the organization to support business and financial decision-making.
Credit Ratings for Bank Loan Facilities
- Evaluate and oversee the credit rating process for existing and proposed banking facilities.
- Liaise with credit rating agencies and provide necessary documentation and follow-ups.
Assessment of Loan Proposals
- Conduct detailed assessments of loan proposals, including structuring, pricing, and risk analysis.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze financing options.
Banking Proposal Notes
- Prepare comprehensive proposal notes and presentations for bank facilities and financing arrangements.
- Ensure all relevant data, risks, and benefits are clearly communicated in line with company goals.
Banking Compliances
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, compliance guidelines, and documentation standards.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations impacting banking operations and implement relevant updates in internal processes.
Bank Query Management
- Respond promptly and effectively to queries and requests from banks, providing accurate and timely information.
Banking Relationship Management
- Maintain and enhance relationships with banking partners, ensuring productive collaborations and optimized banking solutions.
- Periodically meet with banking representatives to discuss ongoing needs, issues, and opportunities.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- CA or top-tier MBA finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate treasury banking operations.
- Experience in manufacturing sector large corporates is a must.
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, loan facilities, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and SAP ERP systems.
