Supervise Scheduling of Shift transport
Arrange Vehicle Maintenance
Conduct Regular Safety Audits on Equipment
Manage Cost of Transportation eg billing and invoicing
Monitoring Transport Costs
Ensure Transport Compliance with Regulations
Schedule Daily and Weekly Routes
Directing All Transportation Activities
Hire and Train Transportation Staff
Manage Finances or Budget
Proven work experience as a Transportation Manager
Solid knowledge of transport routes and traffic management in area
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to supervise and train staff
Problem-solving abilities
High school diploma
BSc in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field is a plus
Security in the canteen such as money, keys, arming security alarms, locking all doors and windows, switching off all appliances and restricting entry to the canteen to only those who are authorised to be there;
Ensuring that the cleaning incidental to the main function of the canteen is carried out daily (eg dusting of shelves and stock, wiping down benches, cleaning of all equipment and fixtures) in accordance to the cleaning procedures set out in the safety plan;
