Job Description

Position Overview Assistant Manager, Transfer Pricing (CA/ MBA).

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transfer Pricing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant or an MBA with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in reputed consulting firm. This role will involve providing expert consulting services, utilizing transfer pricing databases, and preparing comprehensive BEPS reports, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Docs), and Master Files.

The selected candidate will be interviewed for Assistant Manager role within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transfer Pricing Consulting: Provide expert advice and support on transfer pricing issues to clients, including developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies and policies.

- Data Analysis: Utilize transfer pricing databases to analyze and interpret financial and economic data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed BEPS reports, including CbCR, TP Documentation, and Master Files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission to regulatory authorities.

- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business operations and transfer pricing needs, delivering high-quality solutions and recommendations.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest developments in transfer pricing regulations and BEPS guidelines, ensuring that all client deliverables comply with current standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and other professionals within the firm to provide integrated solutions and support on complex transfer pricing issues.

- Training and Development: Mentor junior staff and contribute to the ongoing development and training of the transfer pricing team.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background or MBA with relevant Transfer Pricing Experience

- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing, with reputed consulting firm

- Expertise: Proficient in using transfer pricing databases and preparing BEPS reports, including CbCR, TP Documentation, and Master Files.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and regulations.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Additional Requirements:

- Location: The role is based in Gurgaon, and the candidate must be comfortable commuting to this location.
