Role: Assistant Manager- Learning Strategy

Experience: 11 - 13 years

Location: Hyderabad MarketStar

With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Assistant ManagerLearning & Content Strategy, L&D, to develop content for our learning offerings. You will work closely with the strategy and content team, to develop content based on role specific competencies, our core values, business training needs and the overall L&D Strategy. We are looking for someone who is extremely passionate about developing various forms of learning content and can visualize the criticality of these offerings in managing and developing our in-house talent.

Leadership Competency for Manager

Content Development & Efficacy

Ensure high-level instructional design to develop lesson plans and facilitator guides for scalable standardized training. A Certification in Instructional Design is a must.

Implement a robust model of job role-based career frameworks and career learning paths to align courses. a strong understanding of competencies is needed for this role.

**A Certification in Talent Management and or Assessment Centers will help.

Ensure high quality and standard metrics for a standardized quality driven process. Build and manage measurable KPIs and success metrics.

Act as a learning and talent development business advisor on effective and leadingedge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals.

Additional expertise in curating e-learning content/byte sized gamified modules through tools like Adobe and Storyline Articulate or any other tool will be an added advantage. Any additional design expertise will be an added advantage.

Stakeholder Management

Plan and create run key leadership and professional development programs at partnering with the business, vendors, and HR teams.

Review program effectiveness by keeping track of training and stakeholder feedback.

Ensure world class practitioner experience through seamless delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI, hence must have a strong understanding of design aesthetics on various tools.

Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning of practitioners; hence strong facilitation skills, collaboration with BU stakeholders, an ability to understand insights, leverage on them to make the content more impactful is needed.

Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision-making

What will you need to succeed: (General Competency)

Strong understanding of L&OD practices and methodologies.

High levels of proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

The ability to have a keen eye for data and analysis for meaningful insights is an added advantage.

Excellent grasp of modern adult learning principles

Experienced at managing large teams and parallel projects.

Excellent understanding of LMS, SCORM and other technologies for content delivery

Ability to understand technical training requirements.

Set up robust and scalable processes for end-to-end content development, management and delivery.

Bring process improvements through automation and technology adoption, building processes and systems that can track the efficacy of training consistently.
