Responsibility: Ensure trainers are certified and complete Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
Update and implement training content across all locations.
Plan and schedule training programs for new hires and current staff.
Support trainers and manage training resources.
Track training performance and work on continuous improvements.
Assess and fulfill training needs for first-line managers.
5-10 years in Training Management (2+ years in team leadership).
Experience in behavioral training and all training cycle stages.
Strong communication skills and Excel proficiency.
Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Graduate degree; additional training certifications are a plus.
