Qualification: Hotel Management Graduate - 3 Years
Experience: 3-6 Years (Including F&B Operations & Training both, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, CDR/QSR.
(Immediate joiners are preferred)
Job Summary
Assists with identifying and addressing employee and organizational development needs through TNI process.
Assist in building Training content.
To conduct Training Audits and Maintain MIS.
Conduct Training programs focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, and customer service.
To conduct Employee Engagement programs and R&Rs.
