Job role and responsibilities

The Technical Specialist role is accountable for identifying the knowledge gaps across

various offices and imparting UK specific trainings including regionalisation of content. This

role is central to the development of client relations/ counselling skills and will work with the

region/country/ office teams towards establishing SI-UK as an admired and respected service

provider for the destination.

• Development and implementation of learning strategies and training programmes
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and more
• Help managers develop and track their team members through career pathing
• Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and clients
• Assist the leadership team in creating presentations, assets to be used for knowledge dissemination

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Highly experienced in counselling students and promoting the UK as a study abroad destination
• Excellent communication skills across all key channels oral (including presentations), written and nonverbal.
• Practical experience in managing diverse stakeholders with diverse interests to their satisfaction, but always keeping to the ultimate goals of the organisation.
• Experienced in training material development and delivery.
