Job role and responsibilities
The Technical Specialist role is accountable for identifying the knowledge gaps across
various offices and imparting UK specific trainings including regionalisation of content. This
role is central to the development of client relations/ counselling skills and will work with the
region/country/ office teams towards establishing SI-UK as an admired and respected service
provider for the destination.
