Qualification & Skills:
Experience: upto 4 years (TL) to
B.Com /M.Com/CA( Inter or final)/ACWA(( Inter or final) completed
Strong aptitude, Internet savvyGood oral and written communication skills in English
Strong aptitude in numerical and reasoning capacity and computer proficiency in Ms Office, Excel etc.

Qualification & Skills:
Ensure the required trained employees are available based on the forecasted volume
Request the management for any additional support/backup staffing like consultants factoring any leave or unplanned volumes based on the need
Schedule shifts is required
Schedule the production schedule in the in-house system
Provide day wise status to management via the in-house system
Work on exceptions if any and ensure they don re-occur
Work forecasted is assigned to respective team members based on the feedback and the performance of the employee/resources
Confirm the checklists are updated and employees/resources are informed of any changes that client has informed recently
Ensure the necessary automations are developed for the forecasted volumes
Ensure the necessary automations are tested and feedback is fixed for the forecasted volumes to ensue Go-live
Ensure compliance to process steps by the team members
Ensure compliance to TAT as agreed in the production plan
