Increase Gold Loan business, various third party products i,e Mutual Funds Gold Coins sale, Insurance -Life, Medical & Vehicle.
Supporting the team for Recovery for achieving interest collection targets, Promotional Activities etc.
The salary offered is ranging from Rs.14,000/- to Rs.18,250/-pm for Assistant Manager , depending on the centre of posting.
In addition, all our employees will be eligible for Quarterly variable incentives and Performance linked Annual Bonus (Variable) as per norms depending on Branch/individual business performance.
