Job Responsibilities
Technology Transfer of ROW/EU Projects at ZIM site: -
- Preparation & Review of Technology transfer documents.
- Planning & Execution of Feasibility batches at R&D scale up area & commercial facility.
- Preparation of batch size with effective utilization of equipment & instruments for better productivity for New product introduction.
- Planning & Execution of Scale -up, Optimization batches, Validation batches at R&D scale up area and commercial facility
- Monitoring of stability studies & evaluate the data
- Leading projects to ensure smooth technology transfer to internal and external manufacturing sites
- Owning and designing the strategy to troubleshoot the issues arising during scale up operations
- Providing technical expertise to the project execution team
- Establishing innovative solutions for verification and control of critical product attributes or critical process parameters
- Preparation of optimization & PV batches complete report
- Troubleshooting of existing/new molecules.
Handling of Machines & Manpower Management in Formulation & Development and Technology Transfer Department:
- Timely evaluate the machine
- Coordinate and guide subordinates for smoothly running projects within the timeline
Monthly/weekly Planning Report Of Technology Transfer Projects
- Provide monthly/Weekly projects updates
Internal Customer Support
- Provide the technical expertise for Vender Development
- Coordination with cross functional team and support whenever required (Purchase, TSD, Marketing QC, QA, RA etc).
People Development
- Provide technical expertise to Formulation and Development Team for robust product development
- Timely training & communication with team members
- Arrange external & internal seminars of field experts to provide best possible new innovation in the market.
Innovation
