Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talented individuals who will contribute to our company's growth and success. This role is based in our BKC office and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within one of Mumbai's premier real estate developers.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments within the organization, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate selection processes to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources as needed.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions at different levels.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and selection methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 500,
  • 00 - 800,000.00 per year
