- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients or partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also nurturing relationships with new prospects. Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract documents for potential clients. Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, pricing, and payment terms to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business growth objectives. Set measurable goals, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and geographic expansion. Develop strategies to enter new markets, expand existing market share, or diversify product/service offerings
- HVAC Project (Market analysis to Sales, target in 2024) with ASM's and He also need to drive Ghaziabad Switch/domestic business to achieve budgeted number of Ghaziabad.
- Continues engagement with customers/dealers
- Agreement review, frequent visits to customers/dealers with sales team to achieve budget
- Find out new opportunities during visit and regular search as per market need
- Periodic visit min 10-15 days in a month
- Weely/monthly/yearly target review/planning
- Increase NABL Calibration business LAB business in North.
- Payment collection follow up as per due date
- Customer Satisfaction with work in conjunction with ASM
- Customer OTD > 95%
- Market/customer feedback and solution
- AX/ERP knowledge with good knowledge of Excel/Power Point
- To make commitment with customers as per guideline
