Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.
Managing all internal and external stakeholders for any work related to logistics, third party part vendors & project deliveries.
Vendor development, vendor management; Negotiations, onboarding and contracts, payments, etc.
Liaison with finance and legal for short term and long-term budget planning; also ensure compliance at all the times.
Build strong SCM processes and ensure implementation through increased commercial & operational productivity.
Own billing, reconciliation, and payments process.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience in handling and building relationships with logistics vendors and third party vendors.
Very strong analytical, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good negotiation skills

Ability to gather information and collate them into metrics and dashboards.
