Job Description

Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for 3-4 photography bays running daily.
Oversee the smooth functioning of the studio setup, ensuring equipment is maintained and prepared for shoots.
Manage and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient product flow and inventory control.
Supervise and motivate studio staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and other creative personnel to ensure successful catalog shoots.
Maintain accurate records of studio operations, including shoot logs, equipment logs, and inventory data.
Directly communicate with the Delhi office for reporting purposes, project updates, and addressing any concerns.
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols within the studio environment.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize studio workflow and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in studio operations, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating catalog shoots.
Strong understanding of studio equipment and lighting setups.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with studio management software (a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
