Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in a local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

About the Role:
- The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with client management.
- Working knowledge of real estate and infrastructure financial modelling for valuations (DCF, Cost based, Asset Based, etc.) and financial statement preparation/analysis for development consulting.
- Report writing Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling /DCFs, making presentations.
- Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,
- Should have logical & analytical thought process for conceptualization & efficient delivery of consulting projects.
- Front end client management Handling client queries pertaining to projects & supporting senior leadership in pitching for business by preparing proposals and at times assisting in meetings etc.
- Should be able to track & understand the real estate market and should have keen interest in Real estate as a career option.
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively present information, comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex reports/documents.
- MBA preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 5+ years applicable industry tenure.
- Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities.
- Execution skills Should have good knowledge on usage of MS office.
