Job Purpose. To monitor the cost, performance, and trends of Rental accounts and recommend ways of improving profitability.. Identify areas of cost saving/revenue leakage by analysing account statistics.. Support Rental Operation to increase the overall Rental business performance.. Review rental processes for improving efficiency.. Quality management. Provide UE Stock and Fleet Management Data to stakeholder. Duties And
Responsibilities. Review Rental turnover and Gross Profit. Maintain MIS for the Rental & UE fleet. Review IBL invoicing accuracy and performance, taking corrective action where necessary.. Maintain CN register and conduct analysis of revenue. Monitor STR / UE KPI. Recommend Sell off UE trucks/Buy back / trade in / POJ4. Conduct monthly review meeting with Rental Operation. Minute and monitor progress of action plan agreed.. Produce defined regional and team statistical reports.. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial analysis of the asset portfolio, including depreciation, maintenance costs, and ROI. Prepare accurate and timely reports on asset utilization, performance, and financial metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding asset investments, optimization opportunities, and budget planning. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze asset performance, and generate accurate financial reports. Monitor asset performance, track key metrics, and conduct regular evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. Joint responsibility with Rental/UE head for adherence to Credit Policy.. Monitor the developing AR situation eg; overdues, non collections, etc.. Work closely with Commercial Team, Regional Sales/service teams, Finance teams to track collections, disputes, breakdown cases.. Escalate to Rental/UE and take joint decisions on visits to customers, provisions, terminations of rental contracts etc. In addition to the duties and
