Generate FPC in advance and update as required based on inputs received from the programming and sales coordination teams
Ad Inventory Planning
- Ensure compliance with country advertising regulations
- Send FPC to the Sales team
Promo planning
- Use research data to plan appropriate promo slots
- Use unutilized ad sales inventory for promos to maximize promo GRPs
Graphics Planning
- Give input on graphics required to the Graphics team and review the output
- Plan along with the log team so that they can play the graphics out accordingly
