Social Media Marketing
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Design comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
Develop content calendars for both organic posts and paid campaigns.
Content Creation:
Create engaging content tailored to various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook / Meta, YouTube).
Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-quality visuals and written content.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice across channels.
Organic Social Media Management:
Manage daily posting schedules for organic content across all social media channels.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Foster community growth through interactive content such as polls, Q&As, or live sessions.
Paid Social Media Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Set campaign objectives (e.g., lead generation, conversions) and allocate budgets effectively.
Monitor ad performance using analytics tools; adjust targeting and creative based on data insights.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both paid and organic initiatives (e.g., engagement rates, reach, ROI).
Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance; provide actionable insights for future strategies.
Utilize A/B testing methodologies to refine approaches based on performance data.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between social media efforts and broader marketing campaigns.
Liaise with external agencies or partners when necessary for specialized projects or advertising needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Budget Management:
Oversee the budget allocated for paid social media campaigns; ensure effective spending without overshooting limits.
Analyze cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-impression (CPM), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc., to maximize budget efficiency.
Crisis Management (Online - Social Media Platforms):
Develop protocols for addressing negative feedback or crises on social media platforms promptly.
Monitor brand mentions across channels to manage reputation proactively.
Audit Compliance:
Prior success managing internal and external audits within the organization.
Maintain open communication with Audit committee, document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
Responsible for end-to-end audit governance and ability to build relationships.
