Responsibilities
He will act as an Overall In-charge of Complex during silent Hours or in absence of PSH (if no 2nd in command is available and nominated by PSH).
He will update and validate himself with all ongoing special and extra ordinary situations.
In case of any untoward incident, he will inform all concerned company officials as per matrix. He will pass Daily Situation Report to the senior Management as per the instructions given by PSH.
Officer will respond to all abnormality and untoward situations incident for bringing the same to the notice of concerned authorities asap.
He will be responsible for uptime of automation gadgets / equipment's / communication & video surveillance system at SCR and Plant premises.
He will act as In-charge of Security Control Room.
He will report to Plant Security Head and contact NSCR for information sharing on need basis/routine as per guidelines.
He will monitor day-to-day activities of Security Control Room and guide suitably to the supporting staff wherever required, both routine and non-routine functions.
He will coordinate and communicate to NSCR in case of abnormal situation and worse case scenarios.
He will maintain all reports and prepare all data ready for PSH and HQ including Security Control Room procedure and confidentiality.
He will be responsible for SCR activities and responses during routine & non-routine work.
He will monitor & brief shift officers about scheduled mock drills/audits/special visits/VVIP visits and important events.
He will act as a pivot for Traffic mobiles and Patrolling teams.
He will act as a First Aid Post during untoward situations and emergencies until a superior authority comes and takes control of the situation.
He will generate daily /Weekly/Monthly reports from SCR in consultation with PSH.
He will act as an anchor between Security Team, Shift Manager, Operations and all other departments on 24X7 basis.
To ensure all emergency case, first Security response/security team reaches the emergency site within 180 seconds.
He will maintain and update Security Control Room Event Logbook.
He will co-ordinate all VIP visits as per the instructions of Controller - SCR / PSH.
