Job Summary. We are seeking an experience ABAP Lead to join our SAP Development team. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP/BTP/CPI-Based solutions to meet business requirements. The ABAP lead will be responsible for leading a team of ABAP developers, mentoring, and guiding them to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities. Lead the design, development and implementation of SAP ABAP/BTP/CPI based solutions. Mentor and guide a team of ABAP/Fiori Developers. Ensure high quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Stay up to date with latest ABAP technologies and trends.
Requirements. Total 8+ years of experience in ABAP Development. Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading ABAP development teams. Candidate must have worked on 1-2 SAP Implementation Projects.
Strong expertise in ABAP Programming, including Module-Pool, OOABAP, ABAP Workbench, and RICEFW objects. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform Very good leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving skills. Abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Qualifications.
Education: B.E IT or similar Computer engineering graduate, or related field. Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP Lead role.
