JOB OBJECTIVE:
To optimize Smart Agri Inputs sales and customer data management practices to drive business plan objectives through collaborative and synergistic efforts.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL FPOs/AEs/CBBOs
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Agri-Enterprises (AEs), and Cooperative Banks/Banking Organizations (CBBOs) for collaboration.
Evaluate their suitability and alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.
Establish communication channels and initiate discussions to explore partnership opportunities.
SMART AIM PRODUCTS & TRADE SOLUTIONS AWARENESS MEETINGS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
Organize and conduct awareness meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to promote SMART AIM products and Samunnati Finance/trade solutions.
Educate stakeholders about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Facilitate discussions to address queries, concerns, and feedback from stakeholders.
COORDINATION WITH PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS STAFF IN PRODUCT PROMOTION ACTIVITIES & DEMONSTRATIONS
Coordinate with staff from partner organizations to plan and execute product promotion activities and demonstrations.
Provide necessary support and resources to ensure smooth and effective implementation of promotional events.
Collaborate on post-event evaluation and follow-up to assess effectiveness and gather feedback for proper documentation.
COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS ON A REGULAR BASIS
Foster collaboration and alignment among internal teams by facilitating regular communication and coordination.
Share updates, insights, and feedback to ensure everyone is informed and working towards common goals.
Identify opportunities for synergy and collaboration to optimize organizational performance.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements applicable to the organization's operations.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor and audit activities to identify and address any compliance gaps or issues proactively.
LEADS, SALES, AND CUSTOMER DATA MANAGEMENT
Manage leads, sales, and customer data effectively through appropriate systems and processes.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales transactions, and customer interactions.
Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and customer management strategies.
ACHIEVEMENT OF BUSINESS PLAN
Execute strategies and initiatives outlined in the business plan to achieve predetermined objectives and targets.
Monitor progress towards goals and make necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with business plan objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and success.
