- Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners
- Participate in sales presentations and negotiations with customers and partners
