Role Responsibilities
Ability to handle key accounts Operations work
Ability to handle internal external stakeholders to provide best service to the client ( InternaStakeholder (different departments - Customer success, warehouse , Products, Marketing team etc)/Externastakeholders- Clients POC, LSP etc)
Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
Plan and execute the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.
Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
