- Achieve sales and profitability goals as established by the Head of Sales and Business Development.
- Identifies, qualifies, and develops opportunities for new business.
- Provide regular activity and sales reports to the head of Sales.
- Secure new sales, increases profit margins and drives higher levels of customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed overall sales revenue and profitability for air & ocean business as per goals set forth by management.
- Contribute to the development and administration of sales team
- Schedule and conduct regular sales and customer service meetings (both internal and external).
- Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Person should have at least 3 or more year of Experience in Sales.
- Continually improve knowledge of and increase the scope of all the Company services.
- Be a positive, professional role model for all team members throughout the organization.
