Job Description:

The Assistant Manager Registration will play a pivotal role in assisting senior managers with project registrations and ensuring ongoing compliance with RERA regulations. The role requires close coordination with internal teams such as legal, accounts, and compliance, as well as managing client communications. You will also be responsible for drafting forms, managing quarterly compliance, and supporting live project executions. The role is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Application and Documentation:

  • Oversee and manage the execution of real estate project registrations, ensuring strict compliance with RERA regulations.
  • Review and approve compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Assist the Senior Managers in the preparation of comprehensive project summaries and actively monitor the process to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain and update project information to ensure continuous compliance with RERA standards and guidelines.
  • Oversee the review of submissions and ensure necessary updates are made in line with project requirements.
  • Supervise the generation and preparation of daily reports, client summaries, and project summaries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Client Communication:

  • Oversee client communications to ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently by the team.
  • Provide high-level updates to clients on project registration status and compliance progress, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Internal Coordination:

  • Collaborate with legal, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth project registration and compliance workflows.
  • Monitor the timely completion of tasks by internal teams related to ongoing projects.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and managing documentation.

Additional Information:

  • Training: Full training will be provided for all job functions, including RERA registration, compliance, and internal procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience in compliance, project registration, client management, or a related role is preferred.

Remuneration: Competitive and based on experience.
