Job Description

THE POSITION:

Please note this position is core into IC role for recruitment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Recruitment. The Assistant Manager, Recruitment will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting various administrative tasks within the recruitment cycle. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in recruitment within a dynamic and growing organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with Business leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners in identification and prioritization of current & future talent needs, and the deployment of requisite recruiting strategy for fulfilment.

Creating and driving hiring process through Smart Recruiter.

Proactive hiring plan as per the hiring volume for faster & efficient delivery.

Ensure effective fulfilment for all transitions as per defined target date.

Effective utilization of all sourcing channels, including Direct Sourcing, and referrals.

Manage key recruitment metrics of Time to Offer, Time to Hire, process compliance, candidate & stake holder experience.

Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit employees across levels and from respective candidate pools (i.e. competitive research, industry profile development, networking, direct sourcing, etc.).

Monitor progress against the hiring and recruiting plans and identify ongoing areas of improvement and associated actions.

Establish strategy for improving quality of hire and retention of new hires. Conduct interviews and drive hiring process with metrics to measure results.

Provide insights to Business regarding industry trends, competitors and the consequent impact on talent landscape and recruitment strategy.

Ensure key business stakeholders are delighted with the right talent acquisition partnership model.

Ensure that the recruitment strategy aligns with the diversity and inclusiveness goals of the organization.

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in Talent acquisition to strategize and deliver recruiting solutions to attract, retain, engage top and diverse talents to meet the Organization growth.

As an integral member of the global people leadership team, we believe that you will provide the key leadership needed to build and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals of hiring, employer branding, innovative solutions for engaging with potential candidates.

You will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of recruiting and talent solutions by understanding the business direction and needs.

To accomplish this, you will be required to be collaborating with key customers, build and maintain sound relationship with senior business leaders and have the opportunity to influence and partner across people functions, cross-cultural teams and external partners.

Education/Experience:

Master's degree/ relevant certifications

Should have 10+ years of relevant work experience into end-to-end recruitment.

Current or Previous experience in a Pharma, Healthcare or Life Science domain.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills to build strategic partnership with senior and

external partners.

Champion a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encourage partnership and knowledge sharing.

Strategic and critical capability to navigate business environment.

Data driven capability ability to use appropriate metrics that influence and drive decisions.

Good organization skills and execution excellency
