  • Recruitment of the right candidates.
  • Conducting interviews for the purpose of HR screening for various levels.
  • Analyzing manpower demands across the units.
  • Sourcing candidates for existing as well as upcoming units.
  • Responsibility for recruitment of right candidates.
  • Posting vacancies as per requirement and sourcing potential candidates for the same (mostly upcoming units).
  • Timely updation of postings on web portals, social media, head hunting and telephonic interviews of prospective candidates.
  • Preparing critical analysis of profiles for positions in senior management.
  • Incorporating new strategies for organizational development.
