1 maintain QMS documentation, including quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate external audits and certification processes and act as the primary point of contact with certification bodies.
- Manage the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process to address non-conformities and improve the overall effectiveness of the QMS.
- Provide QMS training and support to employees at all levels of the organization to ensure a strong understanding of quality requirements and best practices.
- Stay informed about changes in quality management standards and regulations and communicate relevant updates to the organization.
