About The Position
Location: Bengaluru, India

You will be a key team member of the Purchase to Pay operations within the Finance Shared Service at Flora Food Group, working with a high performing and competitive team and a team of 35+ professionals within BPO.
You will advise business and drive governance with our market, regional and global leadership to deliver on-time services ensuring quality, control, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
This role will report to the Global PtP Manager based in Bengaluru.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role
- Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive performance across multiple functions, including Finance, Procurement, IT, and BPO partners, while promoting strong business values and work ethics.
- Procure to Pay (P2P) Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end P2P process, including invoice processing, payments, vendor master data, and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.), with a strong focus on process optimization.
- Project Management and Continuous Improvement: Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage service delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring compliance with policies and improving KPIs.
- Technical Acumen and Emerging Technology Awareness: Strong familiarity with SAP (S4 HANA, VIM, Ariba), RPA platforms, Power BI, and knowledge of emerging technologies in procurement and finance.
