Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Detailed Project schedule and regular tracking of the same through MS Project.
- Day to day coordination with cross-functional teams (Project Site Team/SCM/Design/Solar CC/QHSE/Admin/Evac. etc) on project progress.
- Conducting periodic review meeting with various team like design, supply chain, project execution team for ensuring the completion of the project as per the approved schedule.
- Regularly monitoring critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management.
- Evaluating project progress against Schedule on weekly basis and providing the management with comparative analysis.
- Monitoring the detailed Schedule from Bill Of Quantities.
- Monitor construction schedules & highlight anticipated delays/deviancies in advance.
- Regularly monitoring critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management.
- Work out the resource requirement (man power, equipment, material etc. so as to full fill the construction schedule prepared).
- Keeping close watch on various activities of Project (like delivery of materials, site clearance, duration of activities, Holds etc.) and updating the Project Manager on any Risk foreseen for project completion and providing suggestions.
- Preparation of documents and ensure timely statutory compliances for the project.
- Preparing commissioning related approval documents.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
- Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager
- Diploma with Min 10 Yrs. Of Experience/ B.Tech in any discipline with Min 7 Yrs. of work Experience.
- Should have good knowledge of Speaking, Reading and Writing.
- Should have good MS Office Skill
- Should have good MSP and Primavera Skill
