Job Description

  • Manage the development and progress of all projects by creating, negotiating, and monitoring performance schedules, cash flow, dependencies and resources, and all other critical activities, and reporting status, delays, potential problems and recommended solutions to management on a regular basis.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines in coordination with all cross functional team. Preparation & Monitoring of Project Execution Schedule and Executive Summary Report.
  • Experience with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project .Preparation of construction progress curves (S-curves)
  • Establish project plan templates, define standard milestones, process workflows and centralized task owners.
  • Coordinate with all the Vendors, site team for daily work progress and action plan for any back log.
  • Coordination with all cross functional team like QHSE, SCM, Design to smooth operation of project activities.
  • Ensure Timely invoicing of all the vendors and submit measurement sheet against each invoice raised by Vendor. Weekly reconciliation of billing.
  • Prepare project Execution strategy to achieve zero incident, timely completion & HOTO, No cost deviation.
  • Maintain all the compliance documents related to project and maintain record of each documents.
  • Experience applying various methodologies or practices to assess processes, business issues and people
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross functional teams.
  • Expertise with budgets and financial metrics.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple projects and priorities
