Responsibilities
- Incumbent shall be responsible for maintaining Raw Material & Finished Goods
- Stock level. Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis.
- Proper disposal of Non-saleable / Expired BOM/consumable Inventory as per norms along with Supply chain & EHS teams.
- Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008.
- Knowledge of SAP
- BOM Items management
- Production Planning & Dispatch Scheduling.
- Material management & Sales Order wise RM Scheduling.
- Controlling Production Process.
- ERP (SAP) PP / QM / SD /MM Module.
- OEM Production Accounting.
- WIP & FG stock Monitoring.
- External & Internal Audit Activities.
- BI (Analysis) Report / Data Analytics & MIS.
- BOM Optimization & Wastage Reduction & Cost Reduction.
- SAP coordinator with cross functional team - Sales/Purchase/Production/Stores/Logistics
Qualifications
Total Experience: 3-12 years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech
